Country style mannik glass (no eggs and butter)

Ingredients

Semolina 1 stack
Flour 1 stack
Sugar 1 stack
Kefir 1 stack + 100 ml
Berries (black currant) taste
Powdered sugar optional
Soda 0.5 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Glass - 250 ml. Mix kefir with semolina and soda. Let stand for 20-30 minutes. Add sugar and flour, sifted with baking powder. The dough will be thicker than the pancakes. The kefir recipe should also have 1 glass, but it seemed to me that the dough was too thick, and I added another 100 ml of kefir. Put in a greased multicooker bowl (I have Polaris 0518). Top with berries (I had frozen black currants). Press it slightly into the dough with a spoon. Baking for 1.5 hours. After an hour of baking, the manna was still raw. After cooking, let cool in a multicooker pan for 15-20 minutes. Turn on a plate with a double boiler and sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste and color.

Note

This manna is baked in a village in my small homeland. I looked for a recipe on the forum, but I did not find one for sure. If I am wrong, please remove it.

I don't know whether the recipe was or not, but your manna looks wonderful! and asks in the mouth! I love pastries with berries!
Irin1
Thank you! I tried very hard, this is my first recipe. And in secret, only the third manna.
Matilda_81
I will try to do it and report back, I hope it will turn out as beautifully and tasty as yours

Irina, what a cute pie! I took it to bookmarks, I will do it in time. As far as I understand, there can be any berries?
Irin1
Galina! Yes, any berries, just this time there was a lot of freezing black currants left from last year. Here I am spending, otherwise soon the new one will already go.

May I ask you how you feel about your Polaris? I bought it, but haven't opened it yet, I'll try it in a week, but I read a couple of bad reviews and got upset. They write that they cook for a long time and do not like people at all. How do you like it? do everything in it? with the modes everything is fine, correspond in time?

Alyona, read here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=283328.0... We really like it (I will take the liberty of answering for everyone!).

Turn over with a double boiler onto a plate

pie in the bowl, put the steamer insert on the bowl, turn the bowl upside down, grabbing both the edges of the bowl and the edges of the steamer (in silicone mittens, hot) and the pie rolls over to the bottom of the steamer, put it on the table, remove the bowl, cool the pie on the inverted steamer, cool down (or immediately) - cover with a plate and turn the pie on it, that's it
I accidentally baked something like this in a princess = Irish stew made of leftovers - a little cottage cheese, a little old kefir, a bit of semolina, flour, a spoonful of ghee and 1 tiny egg, without sugar, but with berries covered in sugar and frozen, i.e. sugar was a little

baked in the princess in 15 minutes on + 10 minutes off very well

I mean

that it is possible that such a completely non-greasy pie can be baked in pizza makers to speed up, whoever has it - the result is the fastest

A very appetizing and affordable recipe, but I have another slow cooker that does not have the "baking" function, can you advise how to cook in the oven?
Irin1
My mom bakes in the oven, about 40 minutes somewhere, checks with a toothpick or a match. Temperature 180-200 degrees.
Olka D
Thank you, I'll try in the oven, otherwise I cooked it 2 times in my cartoon - I didn't really like it
