Berry pie in the Philips multicooker 3134/00

Ingredients

wheat flour 200gr
sugar 150gr
eggs 2 pcs
milk 150ml
vegetable oil 120ml
starch 1st l
baking powder 2h l
vanillin
berries 1 st

Cooking method

  • It's summer, and I still have a lot of berries in the freezer. I decided today to bake a quick pie with frozen berries in my little fillet.
  • Everything is fast and very simple. We put all the components of the dough in a deep bowl and use a mixer, or whisk a little (rather mix).
  • Pour the finished dough into a greased multicooker bowl, spread the berries evenly on top (I have raspberries and currants), close the multicooker lid and turn on the baking program 130 ° for 1 hour 10 minutes or 140 ° for 1 hour.
  • After the signal, remove the bowl from the multicooker, cool it a little, and then transfer it to a plate with the help of a double boiler.
  • I wish everyone peace, a warm summer, a lot of fresh berries! And Bon Appetit!

Irisha, your pie is so delicious, you know how to present everything
Irishka CH
Irawhat a beautiful pie !!!
Please tell me, can I add baked goods to my Field 0517? We have it 50 minutes and that's it. (and I don't remember the temperature anymore!) Will this time be enough, do you think? Usually enough.
She put the recipe in a box of "quick" snacks.

Irinka thank you!
Irish, I think 50 minutes will be enough with this amount of test. You have a 5 liter bowl, and I have 3, very small. In general, you will look after the end of the program, poke the dough on top, and you will see whether you need to add time or not. But most likely it will be enough, it will be lower and baked faster.

Wonderful recipe, I have so many berries in the freezer and three are sweet at home !!!! I will repeat after you

I baked yesterday in a Philips multicooker 3060 - 120 degrees 1 hour 20 minutes on the Cupcake mode. Sooooo light dough, I liked that you don't need to separate, beat, grind anything in three bowls. Poured and poured into one bowl and then mixed everything. Everyone liked the taste, texture. Here are just a little vegetable oil, I want to replace the next time with butter. It rose well, but with a dome. I even poked into the lid. But then he settled down. The berries were black currant. I poured them evenly over the top, but for some reason they gathered in the center, basically, and drowned in the middle of the cake. Next time I want to mix the berries into the top of the dough.

Yulentsia, to your health! I am very glad that I liked it
And the recipe was not divided, it was all made in a small fillet, right?
So that the berries don't sink, I usually add a little more flour, but then the dome will be even higher I don't even know what to advise

You can melt margarine or butter and replace milk with kefir and it will be tastier
Helena
vernisag, Irina, thanks for the recipe. I baked the cake many times. With milk and kefir. Delicious! I used all frozen berries. Baked in Panasonic 181.

Thanks again for the simple and delicious recipe! Baked a full portion in a small Fillet, rises almost to the lid. I replaced half of the butter with melted butter. Baked with frozen currants. I tried to mix the berries a little into the top of the dough. They sank down and to the center again. But this does not interfere with pleasure at all)

Yulentsia, to your health!

Irish, how could I miss such beauty? If not for the multibaker, I would never have learned about the existence of such a wonderful recipe! I will definitely bake both in the oven and in a cartoon !!!
vernisag
Svetul, this is an ordinary, simple biscuit, without problems and whipping. If you replace part of the milk with sour cream and add a pinch of soda (and 1.5 hours of loosening.), It turns out fluffier With an apple very tasty I think you will like it too
mamusi
vernisag, Irusik, baked, because today my son promised to show up with a friend. Let them eat. Well, I'll sit there too!
I didn’t become in the cartoon, but speckled in the cartoon!
In Panasik 10. The whole norm is 65 minutes. 15 Heated. It was cooked perfectly.
These tricky places in the photo look so just because I stuffed a lot of grated apples into the Pie. And only a handful of currants. There are a lot of apples! And he's a little damp.
But delicious ....
I should have cut apples, not rubbed, but rubbing is easier, lazier for me.

I have a question, if you add frozen fruit, do you need to defrost it? And in starch, or roll in flour ??
