Three-layer cake

Ingredients

Wheat flour 2.5 tbsp.
Sugar 2 tbsp.
Egg 3 pcs.
Sour cream
(I had 3 jars
170 g each)
3 tbsp.
Starch 3 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1 pack.
(10g)
Poppy 3 tbsp. l.
Walnuts 3 tbsp. l.
Raisins 3 tbsp. l.
For the cream:
Butter 200 g
Condensed milk 1 can
Sour cream 1 jar
(170 g)
Chocolate for decoration

Cooking method

  • Separate the yolks from the proteins. Add sugar to the yolks, beat, add sour cream, beat, mix the krazmal with flour and baking powder, beat. Beat the whites into a firm foam and gently stir into the dough.
  • Chop the walnuts, scald and dry the raisins, grind the poppy seeds.
  • Divide the dough into three parts, stir in the poppy seeds in one, the nuts in the second and raisins in the third, lightly roll in flour.
  • In a multicooker, bake three cakes for 40 minutes on the "Baking" mode. each.
  • In an oven preheated to 180 - 30-35 minutes. until a dry match, bake three cakes.
  • For cream size draining. beat butter with condensed milk and sour cream.
  • Smear the cakes, top with grated chocolate.

Note

From this composition of the dough, only three cakes were obtained in the original, but in the multicooker it turned out six cakes, that is, two cakes :)
