Ingredients

Dough:
Flour 180 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Butter / margarine 80 g
Sugar 2 tbsp. l (55 g)
Egg 1 PC.
Salt pinch
Filling:
Cottage cheese 300 g
Yoshta (the author has frozen raspberries) 300 g
Sugar 80 g
Egg yolks 3 pcs.
Semolina 2 tbsp. l (55 g)
Sour cream 100 g
Vanilla sugar
Souffle:
Egg whites 3 pcs.
Sugar 3.5 tbsp. l (90 g)
Dry jelly powder strawberry (from the author's raspberry) 50 g

Cooking method

  • Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add butter, use a blender or a strong fork to crumble. Add egg, knead the dough. Smooth the dough into a detachable dish covered with baking paper and send to the freezer.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the filling with a blender, put in a mold with dough and put in the oven at 180 * for 30 minutes.
  • For a soufflé, beat the whites with a mixer with a pinch of salt, add sugar and dry jelly. Put on a pie, make "waves" with a spoon, bake for 15 minutes at 150-160 *. Be sure to let cool in the oven with the door ajar, then leave to cool completely in the refrigerator.

Just starch with vanilla and citric acid. At the same time, perhaps, slightly increase the sugar rate.
