I remember how my mother used to cook chicken hearts for me as a child. And this is the only thing that I loved from meat. The rest was shoved into me by force and deception

Thank you very much, Mannochka, I cooked hearts yesterday, although I made gravy with a spoonful of flour, without sour cream. I added a clove of garlic, fenugreek and Italian herbs, pepper. With rice, mmmmm ... how delicious it turned out.

Mannochka! made hearts today according to your recipe. Sooo delicious! but .. for some reason it turned out to be harsh ..
I also did it in Fillet, as you recommended on the prog-cake, and then with vegetables for Slowcooker, but some overly nimble program., everything sizzled and boiled great.
how do you think to achieve softness? maybe the cooking temperature was very high?
But no matter what, we ate everything cleaned up, Thank you very much for the recipe!
Manna
Vikulmaybe you cooked them too long? They get tougher with increasing heat treatment. They should not be boiled / stewed / fried for more than 20-30 minutes.
Mirabel
Manna, That's most likely because of this, I'll take into account for the future. Thank you!
