Celery soup with potatoes and chicken in a multicooker BORK U700

Ingredients

Chicken (I take thigh fillet) 400-500 gr
Celery 4 stems
Carrot 1 PC
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC
Potatoes 5 pieces
Bulb onions 3 pcs
A tomato 1 PC
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Greens (dill, parsley) Taste
Salt, pepper, spices Taste
Bay leaf 4-5 leaves
Allspice peas 7-9 peas

Cooking method

  • First we make the Fry
  • Switch on browning mode,
  • Pour olive oil into a bowl and fry the onions in it until translucent,
  • Add finely chopped carrots and celery,
  • Fry for 4-5 minutes
  • Add chopped peppers, fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes
  • Add chopped tomato and fry for another 3 minutes
  • To be honest, I don't really follow the time, but do it by eye.
  • When Frying is done, turn off Browning and add chicken and potatoes to the bowl.
  • Salt, pepper, put bay leaf, allspice, seasonings.
  • Add water (warm or hot) to the 3 liter mark.
  • We turn on the Quenching.
  • At the end of the program, add herbs and finely chopped garlic and let stand on the Heating 80 * for another 10 minutes.
