Ingredients

whole grain wheat flour 1/2 tbsp.
Hercules flakes, ground 1/2 tbsp.
egg white 5 pieces
brown sugar or honey 1 st.
regular sugar 1 st. l
skimmed milk 75ml
big bananas 3 pcs
pure cocoa powder without sugar 5st. l.
vanillin 1h l
powdered sugar for dusting optional

  • I can't help but share this extraordinary brownie recipe, I bake it every week and eat it with the whole family with great pleasure, even the youngest who loves it 2.5 and most importantly, you can eat it without any sense of guilt, it uses bananas instead of butter, and brown sugar , which in itself is more useful than white, you can safely replace with honey or add Stabia, which is better for you, whole grain flour can be completely replaced with ground Hercules, this does not reflect in the taste, in general, if you are on a diet and very much ooooooooo I wanted something sweet and very chocolate - then this recipe couldn't be better !!!!!! Simply brilliant !!!!!!

  • And so, it is very simple to prepare, heat the oven to 180 °, at this time in a separate bowl (I advise you to take a larger bowl so that it is convenient to mix) we mix milk with vanilla, cocoa and 1 spoon of sugar (I did not add sugar), mix well, add flour and Gecules. Hercules can be grinded a little with a blender until flour, or you can use one that is sold very small. Mash ripe bananas with a fork until puree and stir in here, the mixture turns out to be a little dry. In a separate bowl, beat the whites with a whisper of salt and brown sugar, or you can replace the sugar with honey, in this case beat the whites until firm peaks, add the honey and beat for 2-3 seconds, just to mix. Stir the proteins to the first mixture with movements from the bottom up, in a circular motion so that the proteins do not settle, try not to interfere for a long time, only until smooth, the dough turns out like a not very thick sour cream. Put a greased sheet of baking paper in a rectangular shape, covering the edges of the pan, pour out the mixture, smooth out a little with a spoon and place in the oven for 40 minutes.
  • After baking, remove the brownie from the mold by pulling the edges of the paper, cut into squares and sprinkle with sugar. powdered or cocoa, or more cinnamon if you like cinnamon. In general, if you want, you can add nuts, raisins, etc. to the dough.

What is surprising, but bananas are almost not felt and the brownie texture is moist and pleasant, I only baked two hours ago and there are only two pieces left, very rich chocolate taste and smells like chocolate throughout the apartment. And I think without pity you can throw away the yolks, if you want without harm to the figure, I previously tried to attach them somewhere, and then decided to attach them straight to the trash bin. ... and happy with my decision! After all, we are used to not throwing anything away, but if you know that this is harmful, then I think my conscience should be calm, I sometimes leave two yolks to put the baby in a soup or fry for rice for example, but for us adults, this is fat, without regret .. ..
