Creamy cherry ice cream with chocolate chips (Brand 3812 ice cream maker)

Ingredients

yolks 3 pcs
granulated sugar 120 g
corn starch 15 g
vanilla 0.5 g
milk 200 g
cream 33-35% 400 g
cherry (pitted) 300 g
chocolate 70-75% 70 g

Cooking method

  • Creamy cherry ice cream with chocolate chips (Brand 3812 ice cream maker)
  • Beat the yolks with a whisk with sugar and starch until light foam.
  • Bring the milk to a boil.
  • Pour half the milk into the yolks, stir vigorously.
  • Pour the yolk-milk mass into a saucepan to the remaining milk. Return the mixture to the fire and heat, without boiling, stirring until thickened.
  • Cover the cream with a film so that it touches its surface, cool (or put in a bowl with ice and cool, stirring the cream periodically).
  • Beat the cream and mix with the cream.
  • Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze.
  • Chop the chocolate into small crumbs.
  • Put the finished ice cream in a storage container, add chocolate chips and cherries (I had a "drunk" one), mix. Put in the refrigerator for one and a half to two hours.
