Cupcakes Vanilla Delight

Ingredients

Vanilla cupcakes
oils 120 g
Sahara 130 gr.
eggs 3
vanilla extract or vanilla sugar 1 tsp or 2 pack.
flour 200 gr.
baking powder 1.5 tsp.
salt 1/4 tsp
milk 60 ml.
Cream "Swiss meringue"
proteins 6
Sahara 180 g
oils 500 g
pure vanilla extract 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Vanilla cupcakes
  • Beat butter at room temperature and sugar on high speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, whisking for a few minutes after each addition. Add vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Now at low speed, alternately add the flour and milk mixture, in three additions, starting and ending with flour. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 ° C for about 18-22 minutes. Add jam.
  • Cream "Swiss meringue"
  • Cut the oil from the refrigerator into small pieces and let stand so that the oil is at room temperature.
  • Combine proteins with sugar in a heat-resistant bowl. Place in a pot of boiling water. Heat in a water bath, stirring constantly with a spatula, until the mixture is warm to the touch and the sugar dissolves. Pour the mixture into a mixer bowl. Beginning at low and gradually increasing to medium-high speed, beat until stiff (but not dry) liqueur. Continue whisking until the mixture is fluffy and shiny and completely cool. Set the speed to low and add butter, a few spoons per minute, mixing well after each addition. After all the oil has been added, add the vanilla extract. Continue whisking at low speed until all air bubbles have been removed.

I was probably late with an answer, but if you add margarine to the dough, it turns out delicious. The main thing is to take especially for baking or muffins :)
