Cooking method

  • Hello everybody!
  • Cutlets, rolls!;)
  • Today's cutlets in two types of breading - poppy seeds and their breadcrumbs.
  • When I pulled the cutlets out of the oven, my husband said:
  • - Oh my god, these are not cutlets, these are pralines!;)
  • Would you like cutlet pralines?
  • I will not describe how to prepare minced meat. Mix everything and voila!
  • Now we are preparing the breading.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Oven cutlets with two types of breading
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the form with baking paper. Form cutlets from minced meat and roll them in breading (but not in two at the same time) and bake in the oven for 25 minutes!
  • Oven cutlets with two types of breading
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

I use crackers from Japanese companies Panko. Just take it without monosodium glutamate.

I love cutlets from the oven ... But I make crackers myself. I just grind dried bread in a blender. I choose the degree of grinding myself ...

I also heard of frozen bread made and then dried. But these Japanese crackers, they are completely different, they are so airy and pleasant! I got hooked on them somehow!
