Ingredients

Pear (small) 5 pieces.
Plum (mine is small) 8pcs.
Cherry 1 st.
Orange zest 2h l.
Sugar 300gr
Water 5L

Cooking method

  • Compote Favorite
  • Cut the pears into quarters and remove the seeds from the plums.
  • Put everything in a saucepan, pour water and put it on gas.
  • After boiling, add sugar, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • After that, cover the pan with a lid until the compote cools completely.
  • When it cools down, pour everything into grofin and put it in the refrigerator.

I can't get compote to the refrigerator, my exhales drink 5 liters in a couple of hours. When the compote is infused, it turns out to be very rich, in the heat the most suitable drink.

True, if you put the skin, then you need to put it in an already warm compote, and not in a hot one, otherwise it will taste slightly bitter and let it brew, accelerating the line with glasses.
