Ingredients

Corn flour 1 tbsp.
Wheat flour, premium 1 tbsp.
Sugar* 1/2 tbsp.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Kefir (curdled milk) 1.5 tbsp.
Soda 0.5 tsp
Butter 50 gr.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vanillin on the tip of a knife
Raisins b / c 0.5 tbsp.
Glass 250 ml.

Cooking method

  • Recipe from the Soviet book "Home cooking of cakes, pastries, cookies, gingerbread, pies" R. P Kengis
  • Rinse raisins, dry, roll in flour

  • Beat eggs with sugar slightly, add salt, vanillin, kefir and melted butter

  • Put the dough in a greased cake tin **. Bake at 180-200 degrees Celsius for about 40-45 minutes (until dry)

Accidentally came across this recipe, just at home there is corn flour and kefir. With interest what kind of "beast" it will turn out, this morning before work I decided to bake it, started the dough with one hand, and painted it with the other! I got half of the norm for the sample, it turned out 6 cupcakes. At work I gave a treat to a colleague, in response it was, mmm, how cool, awesome! I liked it very much for breakfast with a cup of coffee, delicious, and the color is so positive and sunny! For the weekend I will make a full norm for the family, I think it will be even tastier with candied fruits.
