Previously, bread was baked normally without problems, but now any bread falls.
By whatever recipe I would not do it all the same falls into itself. The pulp is dense and heavy.
And I also noticed that at the end of the program there is no shutdown and there is no sound signal.
Maybe you need to reset it or reset the bread maker somehow?
It's a shame that I haven't spoiled home-made bread for a long time.
At first I thought the yeast was wrong. But bought new fresh today and again the bread fell

Wervol, and what kind of stove do you have? Does the dough increase in volume after the first proving? Your instructions should describe the technological process in time, look at what stage what is wrong. And while you can bake bread in the oven, knead in a bread maker, and bake in the oven, as an option.
