  • * add butter, stir all the time.
  • * turn off the multicar, but continue stirring.
  • * add spices, I had Kamis "seasoning for coffee and desserts" (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom). you can also use mulled wine seasoning or just add whatever you like separately.
  • If you do not plan to store the jam for a long time, just pour it into containers, cool it - and in the refrigerator, you can stop reading further.
  • For those who do "for the winter", continued:
  • * Prepare jars with screw caps - they must be clean and dry. (I got 2 pieces of 750 each, 1 can of 550 and another glass.)
  • * Pour jam into jars, leaving about 1cm empty at the top. (this is important so as not to burst banks)
  • * Gently tighten the jars with the lids (do not tighten tightly with all your strength, so as not to rip off)
  • * At the bottom of a stainless steel pot, put a silicone mat or cotton towel in several layers.
  • * Put closed cans in a saucepan, pour hot water just above half the height of the can.
  • * Vegetables program 5 minutes.
  • After the end of 2 hours, do not open the multicooker, the cans must cool naturally (otherwise they may burst).
