Ingredients

Dried porcini mushrooms 3 handfuls

Cooking method

  • Soak dried mushrooms for 2-3 hours, then boil for 40 minutes in 3 liters of water. (If the mushrooms are fresh, then rinse and boil them the same way). Then get the mushrooms and cut them, and we will pour the broth from them into the soup.

  • Finely chop the onion.
  • Chop / grate the carrots.
  • Chop the cabbage
  • Cut the potatoes into cubes.
  • On the Frying mode, fry the onion and not coarsely chopped mushrooms (12-15 minutes). Disable.
  • Add carrots, potatoes, cabbage to the bowl and pour our mushroom broth (through a strainer) to the 3 liter mark. Season with salt and bay leaves. Switch on the Extinguishing program.
  • At the end of the program, add finely chopped herbs and the remaining mushroom broth to the bowl and leave on the heating for 10-15 minutes.
  • Delicious mushroom cabbage soup is ready.

I really love mushrooms and my mother usually cooks this kind of soup on the stove, and then I asked her to let me make it in our Borusika. It turned out very tasty.
And I like soups thicker, but she likes thinner, so I scoop up all the thick for myself and everyone is happy.
If the soup seems to you thick, then you can either add a little less cabbage, or after the end of the Stewing program add a little boiling water and leave to infuse.
