Pumpkin Ice Cream with Chestnut Crumbs (Sugar, Egg and Milk Free)

Ingredients

pumpkin puree 350 g
coconut milk 300 ml
maple syrup ~ 100 ml
vanilla extract 1 tsp
cloves (buds) 5 pieces
nutmeg 1.5 tsp
ginger 1.5-2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Place all ice cream ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and cook according to the instructions.
  • Sprinkle with baked chestnut crumbs before serving.
