Sturgeon in Stebe DD1 ECO

Ingredients

Fresh sturgeon 1 PC. about 1.5 kg
Coarse salt 1 tbsp. l.
Ghee butter 2-3 st. l
Water 1/2 cup

Cooking method

  • Rinse the sturgeon, gut, cut off the head (I did not enter the bowl with my head), pour a spoonful of salt inside the fish and distribute the salt throughout the carcass. Put butter in slices on the bottom of a steel bowl and pour some water. Roll the sturgeon belly up along the bottom of the bowl.
  • Fish mode 0.7 x 15 min. Wait until the pressure drops.

15 min. + Time for preparation and pressure release.
