Apple-carrot cake (no eggs)

Ingredients

Sugar 1 tbsp.
Wheat flour, premium * 2 tbsp.
Oat flakes 0.5 tbsp.
Raw carrots 1 pc. (~ 150 g.)
Apples (sweet and sour) 2 pcs. (~ 250 g.)
Salt 1/3 tsp
Baking powder 2 tsp
Vegetable oil 1/3 Art.
Kefir 1 tbsp.
Ground cinnamon (optional) taste
Lemon juice (optional) 2 tsp
Raisins or nuts (optional) taste
Glass 250 ml.

Cooking method

  • A very simple, delicious and flavorful autumn pie
  • Sift flour into a bowl, mix with sugar, oatmeal, baking powder, salt, cinnamon
  • Apple-carrot cake (no eggs)
  • Peel carrots and apples, grate on a coarse grater

  • Pour in lemon juice, kefir, vegetable oil (I added another handful of raisins), mix
  • Apple-carrot cake (no eggs)
  • Add dry ingredients gradually, stirring with a spoon

  • A form with a diameter of 25-26 cm. Grease, lay out the dough, smooth. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 30-35 minutes until a dry match

Note

* 1 cup of premium flour can be replaced with whole grain flour.

I didn't add cinnamon and lemon juice. The pie turns out to be moist, sweet. The carrots are almost not felt. When baking, the aroma of apples was throughout the apartment

And I really love baking on oatmeal. I always take regular rolled oats ... and use it straight away, without crushing. And oatmeal + apples = this is awesome ...

I didn't bake this cake in a slow cooker. But I think you can do it without paper. Just the bowl will need to be greased a little.
