Ingredients

Turkey liver 500-600 gr.
Oil sl. 100 g
Cream 20% 100 ml.
Carrot 1 PC.
Bulb onions 1 PC
Small bay leaf 1 PC.
Spices of your choice, I have taste

Cooking method

  • I fried onions and carrots on frying, threw a bay leaf there and "salt with 16 herbs" for 10 minutes, then put the whole frying into a blender glass, added the liver - I had 560 grams, 20% -100 ml cream and softened butter. 100 grams whipped everything in Proficuka until a homogeneous emulsion, poured the mixture for pate whipped in a blender into cups, put a stand with cups in a stainless steel bowl, poured water, a little more than half of the cups, vegetables mode - 0.7 for 8 minutes.
