  • when the yeast melts - mix well, knead the first dough for whole grain bread with flaxseed flour and malt you can use any nuts / seeds / dried fruits to your taste - I have no additives ... half of the yeast whey was measured into the bread maker's bucket, added everything else, kneaded the dough for 20 minutes on any program, pulled out the bun and covered it, poured the leftovers into the bread maker's bucket yeast whey and all the ingredients for the second bread, we chose the "dough" program, at the end of the kneading, you need to pull out the stirring blades (since the program provides for kneading the dough after a while) and put both doughs in the bucket ... you can side by side, or you can mix them like on marble cake bread
