Fried pork with green beans and Steba DD2 XL creamy sauce

Ingredients

pork 500 g
frozen green beans 1 pack
bulb onions 1 PC
garlic 1 clove
cream 20% 150 g
sherry or madeira 30-50 ml
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
salt and pepper taste
water 0.5 mst

Cooking method

  • Cut the pork into small strips (as for beef stroganoff), cut the onion lengthwise along the meredians, chop the garlic, rinse the beans with cold water from ice and leave to drain from excess moisture.
  • Switch on the Fry program for 20 minutes. Fry the meat in hot oil until a crust appears.
  • Add half a multi-glass of water to the bowl and run the Meat program for 20 minutes. Close the valve. At the end of the program, release the steam, turn on the Frying program again (by default for 15 minutes), add the onion, garlic and stirring quickly, bring the onion until transparent. Add the beans, stir and after a couple of minutes add cream and sherry, season with salt and pepper to taste, stir and turn off. The dish is ready. Please note that you do not need to bring the beans to softness. Both onions and beans should only be warmed up, but not boiled, they should retain crunchiness, then it will be especially tasty.
  • Fried pork with green beans and Steba DD2 XL creamy sauce
  • You can serve it with rice, potatoes and on your own, because of the large amount of beans, it is quite enough for a side dish.
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

With the advent of my non-stick bowl, it became possible to fully use all the advantages of Steba, the scope for culinary fantasias is now unlimited, and I finally begin to publish recipes for delicious and healthy food. Initially, I was going to use the new Simmer + mode here, but it turns out that Roast and Meat are enough.

This dish is good because it can serve as a hot dish with a separate side dish, and as an independent dish. Cream and sherry give the sauce a new sound, and a completely original and tasty dish is obtained from a completely ordinary (even ordinary) set of products.

Liza, thanks for the recipe, I will definitely try it. It seems to me that there must be a very interesting taste.

Lizlooks very appetizing!
Have you already made friends with the AP bowl?

Galya, the dish is really tasty and not beaten. My meat-eaters refuse to eat anything other than meat every day, but they also want variety. Sometimes it seems that the fantasy has already exhausted itself, but accidentally finding beans in the freezer, this recipe immediately appeared in my head. Everything is done quickly and easily. It's just that my meat was not tenderloin, and I decided to grind it under pressure so that it was definitely soft.
Here the main point is the crispness of vegetables, tenderness of meat and creamy sauce.

I hope that your family will also like the recipe, I will wait for feedback!

Vasilica, What is there to be friends with her))) Meat is not a biscuit, it does not stick. Just compared to the native Shteba non-stick bowl, this Redmond one is complete, hmm ... nonsense))

MariS, Marina, thank you! In general, I like to experiment with sauces and add different alcohol, but Madeira is my favorite.

Elizabeth, thanks for the recipe! I did it without alcohol, but it still turned out VERY tasty! The spouse took the leftovers to work in the morning, they had nothing to heat up, ate cold, said that it was even more interesting!
