Note

This is a recipe for a sachet of yeast, in my translation.
Coincidentally, I just gutted another bag of yeast, which had a recipe, and at that time my son from the village brought carrots: I could not resist the temptation to try a new recipe.
In fact, there were not all the ingredients - I had to do impromptu on the go, replacing with what we have:
1. 100 grams of milk replaced by 100 grams of water + 23 grams of powdered milk;
2. 50 grams of butter / margarine was replaced by 50 grams of refined vegetable oil;
3. I used sea salt.
Here is a section of the resulting miracle:

How does a carrot taste?
Yes: the sweet carrot taste is good.
P. S .: I'm enjoying my second loaf. Already on margarine: it is even more fluffy.

I'll have to try. Bookmarked it! Thanks for the recipe!

I baked this bread, but ate so quickly that I did not have time to photograph
True, I replaced 100 grams of flour and 100 grams of liquid with 200 grams of sourdough (at the peak of the rise) and poured a third of a teaspoon of yeast.
The carrots were not very juicy.
It turned out to be a fluffy elastic bun
