The dish is designed for

8 servings

Note

I advise you to use equal amounts of sour and sweet apples in the pie. If the apples are sour, then put 2 tbsp in the dough. l. Sahara.
The dough is very plastic, does not get wet and does not break. The pie is almost dietary.
I strongly advise you to try it!

I am making an addition! If there is no time, then all the ingredients can be mixed very quickly in the processor until a lump begins to form. The difference is in a slightly less layering or something, but not critical, but quickly!

I feel that I can not stand it and will have to buy the Princess at an exorbitant price
How beautiful and appetizing
Rada-dms
irysikf, I appreciated it exactly on non-yeast pies, now I can sincerely advise. But this recipe will work out great in the oven !!!
irman
Rada-dms, well, very appetizing pie.
Babushka
The beauty!
Lerele
I almost missed such a wonderful recipe !!! As we eat Cornish pie, I will definitely do it, bookmark and thank you !!!
Rada-dms
Lerele, !!!!! Cornish I have tomorrow night! And in the morning this second one is now baking - I am mastering the mesh !!! Under the net it was necessary to cut the apple into cubes - it would be smoother.

Everything seems to be simple, but what a beauty! Rada-dms, Thank you ! I dragged it to the piggy bank!
Lerele
Rada-dms, Wow, I also want a mesh, but what are you cutting ?? It seems that there is some kind of adaptation for her, but I do not, I want.
And Cornish pie is delicious, just very delicious. I planned it for myself as a cake for the exit, well, when I go somewhere and I have to take pastries with me.

I'm waiting with a photo! Rada-dmsand the pie looks like a fruity pizza! Wonderful.

now baking - mastering the mesh
I can't handle her either. Apparently the dough needs to be tough. The soft breaks and there are no clear edges.
GenyaF
Radochka! We have already eaten half of the pie. The dough is not heavy, in the sense that with half the pie we are not gobblers. Only with the filling, I flew slightly. There was only figs in the house, and I laid them, there was clearly not enough sourness. Bake for exactly 15 minutes from a cold state

🔗

I will definitely bake it with other fillings.
Thank you dear for the recipe!
Rada-dms
Lerele, for a mesh Teskomovsky roller. Here is for the mesh and for piercing the cakes.

Fruit and berry pie on curd dough (oven or Princess pizza maker)

On puff pastry, the mesh is just excellent!
Rada-dms
ang-kay, I still can't buy good butter, now on the weekend your cake is according to plan !!!!
Lerele
* The kid said, the kid did *
The dough is very tasty and easy to make.
🔗

Thank you for the cutters, you have to take it, but today I just did it with a wheel.
Rada-dms
Lerele, I am absolutely delighted !!! It turned out to be some kind of flaky dough !! :
I am very glad that I liked it, thank you so much for taking the trouble and showing the photo !!!!!!
Rada-dms
I still won't stop with this test.
I replaced almost all the butter with cottage cheese, and the milk with kefir, mixed everything in the combine - it also turned out great !! The main thing is not to make it fat.

I did it with knives in a food processor, maybe that's why it turned out like a puff. I generally liked it, zip and half the test, added cottage cheese, bzhzhik, and everything is ready.
The only thing, I had apples and plums, and a peach were sweet, I want sour.
And so super

When the fruit is sweet, I always sprinkle it with lemon juice and rub the zest by default.
Lerele
And I want to try to make an unsweetened pie with something I have not yet figured out with.
It is very enticing to make the dough, it takes the longest time to put the ingredients in the food processor
Rada-dms
Lerele, also for the third day thinking about what else to do! In principle, curd dough with fresh cabbage is combined - I have another recipe with a fatter dough ...
Lerele
We don't need more fat, but the cabbage idea is good !! Fir-trees, as I forgot about cabbage, I was already thinking about potatoes, and about fazrsh, but I forgot the most obvious. Eh, garden head
Olga VB
Ol, apparently, the dough turns out a little, but you roll it to a large diameter, that is, it should not be thick. Right?
To what thickness should you roll?
I want to make it on a 40x32 baking sheet, that is, it is about 180 grams of cottage cheese?.
MaBa
Rada-dms, and in the oven at what temperature and how much to bake?
There is no princess, but I love curd dough, and even with fruit
Rada-dms
Olga VB, now I will ask my husband to calculate the area of the pizza oven in order to increase it later! But I would bake two rectangular ones on one baking sheet, so that the crust is on the edge - very decorating. Otherwise, there will be a lot of filling in the middle on a very thin dough.

Yes, bake for 180 so that the filling is cooked!
MaBa
Thank you
Rada-dms
MaBa, then tell me what happened! Bake it thin and do not cut it right away - the filling should freeze !!

Late!
Made on a baking sheet.
For the filling, finely cut apples, 1 lemon zest, juice of half a lemon, brown sugar 3 spoons, generous starch - at least 5 spoons.
We are waiting, sir!

I will make a photo in 15-20 minutes, and I will report on the taste when it cools down.
So to be continued.
Olga VB
That's how I promised!
It is still cooling down, but already very beautiful, isn't it?
Fruit and berry pie on curd dough (oven or Princess pizza maker)
Rada-dms
Olga VB, Thing !!! Class !!!!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!
Husband counted 764 square cm in Princess !! As the lattice did, inject! I also came up with the technology .... Was the dough more abruptly or according to the recipe? How much oil did you calculate? Apples finely planed juice did not give much?
Yesterday I chopped apples into cubes in an alligator, tired of spreading them!
By the way, now I put even less oil.
Well, and most importantly, for what, as a taste, arranged ??? I'm waiting, I'm just nervous ...
Lerele
Olga VB, I also want to talk about the lattice, otherwise I cut it out of this test well, but how to transfer it began, it all torn.
And the pie turned out super !!!!!
Olga VB
Have already tried it piece by piece.
Then another piece, then another ...
Delicious!

So,
made about 1.8 times more than according to the recipe, i.e. 180 g of cottage cheese, 360 g of flour, 150 g of butter, etc.
Instead of milk, she poured kefir, there were remnants of very thick, at the same time she disposed of it.
I usually take cottage cheese for baking either my own or Blagoda - it is quite tasty in baking, without grains, it does not leave with water, even for the filling it is not bad.
And today there was no Blagoda in the store, I took some byaka - not very tasty, and even in grains. I had to adjust the taste of the dough a little with sugar and salt. But the grains were not completely dispersed. But I think this did not really affect the result.

There were a lot of apples, about 12 not small.
I chopped them with a shredder for thin French fries, added brown sugar, zest from a whole lemon and juice from half a lemon.
Well, the starch spilled generously straight from the bag.
When I laid it out on the dough, a layer of filling of almost 3 cm turned out, and as a result of baking, the filling turned into apple jelly - very tasty. And the layer turned out to be not thick at all, less than a centimeter.
I guessed very well with the taste of the filling - sweet and sour, moderately juicy, moderately jelly, - sweet!
In general, it turned out very harmoniously: the dough at the bottom is soft, then the apple jelly, and the dough at the top is slightly crunchy, not as strong as a soft cookie.
There are also no secrets with the grill: I rolled out a strip of dough as long as a baking sheet, and about 1/3 of the width of the baking sheet.
The rest was done by Teskom's grate cutter.
Then she took two palms on both sides, as if along the entire length of her palms, placed them towards each other, and moved this strip closer to the edge of the cake farthest from her. and then, as it were, she slowly lowered it from the edge of her palms, stretching the grating widthwise towards her. That is, it stretched under its own weight when I lowered it from my hands, as if pulling the second edge towards me.
Then she pinched the edges of the lattice to the sides - not in a solid, but observing the step of the lattice in length and width.
By the way, for a rectangular pie, the lattice is easier to calculate, since the blank for it is also rectangular in shape, only in one dimension atthe same about 3 times.
For a round oval, you need to roll it out, but it is more difficult to calculate, although the principle is the same.

So, Olenka, thank you very much for the recipe, it came in very handy, because in the morning I thought of a pie with apples, but I didn't want it from yeast dough, but I wanted it from cottage cheese, and then up! - your recipe caught my eye!
How she heard me.
Thanks!
Rada-dms
Olga VB, I am delighted! From the result and from the description of your work !!! Thank you so much !!!
And I am very glad that you translated the products for a reason !!! And there is no harm from such pies, it seems to me.
If you like the dough on top, cover the edges with more filling. The dough is delicious when baked in a solid piece, well for me, at least.
The mesh you have turned out to be just a masterpiece, I think I cannot repeat it like that! I will train!
Olga VB
You can, you can!
I did it only the second time, I recently bought a cutter, and the first one also turned out to be a curve, but I understood the principle, now it's easier.

Well, yes, you can make a solid one on top, just poke the top layer - this is if there is a lot of dough or you don't want to bother with the mesh.

Yes?
Then I'll go grab another piece - and sleep!
Good night!

Incidentally, you have a sympathetic husband!
And you can immediately see that the positive

Rada-dms
And then I’ll go for a fuss too !!! While everyone is asleep !!

Pulisyan
glad, prepared your pie with small adjustments and was very pleased. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take a picture (my friends and I have a tradition of drinking tea on the seashore from a thermos - so the pie was quickly prepared and eaten for the occasion). I had sour cream left for baking - I added 80 g of sour cream and 20 g of butter, a little cocoa. Everything else is the same. The dough is very soft. In the form of a filling - cottage cheese with poppy seeds and orange streusel on top (a little left from the previous baking). Everyone liked it very much! The dough is really incredible !!! Thanks again!!!
Rada-dms
Pulisyan, Can you imagine !? I, too, now vary butter_sour cream arbitrarily, keeping only the proportions of cottage cheese and flour !!!
Well, I'm very glad that I liked it! But I will also use your filling! especially interesting, orange streusel, ethos with zest? Or something more complicated?
Thank you very much for your feedback !!
And I advise you to do it with apples - it just turns out a very harmonious taste!
Pulisyan
yes, with zest just ... you can here look
Pulisyan
but with apples, I think it will also be for my taste ...

You didn't read carefully, this is the amount of starch on the baking sheet. The amount of ingredients has been almost doubled.
Sapphire
Rada-dms, put a pie in the princess. I sit and wait. Only the dough was not enough for the mesh for the whole cake.
Here. Sprinkled with cinnamon on top. Delicious.

Sapphire, the avant-garde pie will turn out !!! : girl-yes: Probably, the bottom is thinner in a trace, you have to try it if you like the taste !!
And the mesh is very beautiful !!
Sapphire
She rolled it out thinly. somewhere 0.5cm. I liked the taste. I thought that in the morning something will remain to try the cold one. The husband and daughters gobbled up. They said more bakes.
Rada-dms
Sapphire, I bake two by two now, very good in the morning !! Thank you for cooking and writing your review !!
shuska
Do you think you can use frozen fruit in this cake? Cherries, like plums? Or will they give a lot of juice?
Rada-dms
shuska, it is quite possible that my friends and I do all the time, they just need to be thrown out frozen, mixed with starch (2 tablespoons per pack) and sugar. Allow the pie to cool to thicken the filling, and then chop.
Thank you for your attention to the recipe!
shuska
Oh, how quickly they answered! Thank you!
Went to cook
shuska
Rada-dms, and put the cake in a warmed-up Princess or in a cold one?
