Steamed fish with vegetables

Ingredients

fillet of telapia 700
Carrot 1 PC
Sweet pepper 1
Zucchini 1/2
Cauliflower 300g
any vegetables you like
Provencal herbs, olive oil
for sour cream sauce, mustard, garlic, herbs

Cooking method

  • Wash the fish, cut into pieces, blot with a napkin. Place on the bottom of the steamer. Put prepared vegetables-carrots, peppers, zucchini, cauliflower on the fish. Sprinkle with seasonings, drizzle with olive oil. Turn on the multicooker - steamer mode, level 2 -15 minutes.

Do we put the fish on the bottom of the cartoon or is it in the steamer bowl? And then the photo is just the tab for the multicooker.

And more about the insert. It's kind of like plastic, only silicone legs. So? Doesn't scratch the walls of cartoons?
