Ingredients

potatoes 800 g
onion 2 pcs. (100 gr)
butter 40 gr.
flour 40 gr.
vegetable broth 250 ml.
milk 250 ml.
lubricating oil
salt, nutmeg, pepper mix taste
parsley taste.

Cooking method
