boiled mushrooms 300g.
cream 500ml
butter 50g
flour 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • An easy-to-follow recipe that produces the most tender juicy chicken breasts. Fry the flour in butter with constant stirring until beige. While stirring, gradually add 400 ml of cream. Add salt and pepper to the resulting sauce. Peel chicken breasts to fillet, cut each breast into 4 pieces, season with salt and pepper and add crushed juniper (berries 5-6). Pour 100ml of cream into a bowl, put half of the mushrooms, put half of the breasts and half of the cream sauce on them, then put the remaining half of the mushrooms and breasts, pour the remaining sauce on top.
