Saxon curds (Polaris Floris 0508D and Kitchen 0507D)

Ingredients

boiled potatoes in a uniform a day ago 400 g
cottage cheese 400 g
raisins 50 g
eggs 2 pcs.
flour 2-3 tbsp
salt on the tip of a knife
sugar 5 tbsp
lemon zest and juice of 1/2 lemon 1 PC.
vegetable oil for frying 4 tbsp
flour for dusting hands
Sprinkling:
sugar (powder) taste
cinnamon taste

Cooking method

  • Peel the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater or pass them through a meat grinder. We wash the raisins with hot water, let them drain (I washed them with GreenPin for vegetables and fruits, since it is a greasy film). Mix the potatoes with raisins, eggs, flour, salt, cottage cheese, sugar and lemon juice and knead the dough.

  • The dough learns to be soft and elastic (it turned out from half the norm).
  • 🔗
  • Using powdered flour with our hands, we make cakes about 5 cm in diameter. From half of the norm, I got 12 pieces.
  • 🔗
  • Turn on the multicooker in frying mode for 30 minutes, pour oil, after the countdown begins, fry the curds on both sides (the set time is just enough for this amount).
  • 🔗
  • Next, the multicooker goes into heating and all the fried curds (12 pcs.) Are placed in a bowl and kept on heating for 15-20 minutes, bringing them to readiness (although after frying they can be eaten fully, it depends on personal preference). For sprinkling, I mixed sugar (I took powder) with cinnamon and sprinkled with curds (originally on both sides). These curds are served with apple jam, plum or any other compote.
  • Saxon curds (Polaris Floris 0508D and Kitchen 0507D)
  • Bon Appetit.

The dish is designed for

12 pcs.

Ligra, thanks for the recipe! I tried a variety of cottage cheese options, but never with potatoes. I take it to bookmarks.
Sindi
An interesting option!
Sometimes mashed potatoes remain, perhaps you can also use it?
Ligra
gala10, thanks, try for health.

Sindi, you can probably use mashed potatoes, but then you need to adjust the consistency with flour. Since potatoes in their skins were cooked a day ago with a dry puree. If you try to tell me about mashed potatoes, I only made them with potatoes in their uniforms.
