I need a bread maker. The requirements are:
  • baking bread (at least rye)
  • baking trendy and healthy bread (gluten-free, wholemeal)
  • auto-change (otherwise it is not needed)
  • timer (for night baking or something)
  • low noise (in some reviews they write about the noise from the next room, etc.)
  • the dispenser is not important (mischief)
  • maintaining the temperature is not important (unhealthy)

Item 1 kills on the spot - not a single bread machine can bake rye / wheat and other bread, that is, there is no universal
but there is a separate dough kneading, making jam, multicooker and yogurt maker
if you remove the type of baked bread to a minimum, you get a choice of a couple of whistling units (Panasonic SD-257, Redmond RBM-M1900, MYSTERY MBM-1206, Brand 3801 2013).
Which of them is low-noise? And give advice on choosing according to such criteria.

That's right, but you'd better hurry while the HP is still in warehouses. It is no longer available.
The model is really good.

Please help with the choice of a bread machine. Completely confused. I had a simple Moulinex oven. Thanks to this forum, the bread was obtained, but the top crust was always light. During the repair, the stove was given to the village. Now the question arose about buying a new one. I have the same requirements as
Moofiepie.

I still need a loaf weight of at least no more than 500 grams. The top crust should be baked (like in a conventional oven).
I looked closely at Brand, because she is programmable, and I baked and I want to continue baking sourdough bread. But in Brand, the top crust is white and the sides are dark. I do not like it. I've been studying this question for a week now - my head is spinning. Give advice on which oven to choose. Already I agree to not programmed - I will jump around it as before.

Soda cake, any.
Bread with wild yeast, leavened, on the machine, only programmable has been discussed repeatedly.
Only DeLonghi EOB 2071 bakes the top crust like in the oven https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=143917.0

Yeast-free bread chapati, lavash, matzo
"Matzushka" is baked in the oven / on a stone - water and flour.
DeLonghi EOB 2071 - an external oven, and expensive.

Thank you for such a quick response, but I studied almost all of these stoves here on the forum and even more. While the eye lay on Panasonic 2500 and 2510 or Moulinex 3101. For rye with sourdough, you still dance with tambourines, but they bake well according to reviews. I tend to Mulinex, because I have a weight of 500 grams, and Panasonic has from 600 grams.
