Ingredients

potatoes 3-4 pcs
Munich sausages 2 pcs
bulb onions 1 PC
Sweet pepper 1 PC
small tomatoes 2 pcs
For the sauce
eggs 2 pcs
cream 100 g
parsley
spices according to your taste
salt
vegetable oil
hard cheese 100 g

Cooking method

  • This dish can be prepared from what is in the refrigerator. Boil the potatoes until they are ready. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil, add the bell peppers, chopped into strips, and simmer until the pepper becomes soft. Grease the form with butter, put the potatoes in thin slices on the bottom and salt, cut the sausages into rings and put the potatoes on top. Next, lay out the vegetables and on top of the tomatoes with rings.
  • Beat eggs with cream, parsley and spices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle the food in the form, pour the sauce on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until golden brown.
