Ingredients

pork 2 chops
mustard 1 tsp
salt pepper taste
bulb onions 1 PC.
pickles 2 pcs.
grated carrots 1 tbsp. l.
For the sauce and garnish:
carrot 10 pieces.
celery 1 PC.
green onions 1 PC.
Cherry tomatoes 4 things.
salt, pepper pod taste
greens taste
flour 1 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil 50 ml
garlic 2 cloves
butter 50 g

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the onion. Fry in a pan until transparent with grated carrots.
  • Beat off pieces of pork up to 3-5 mm. Season with salt, pepper and grate with mustard.
  • Top with 1/2 part fried onion and carrots.
  • Put pickled cucumber on each piece of meat.
  • Roll the pork into rolls and tie with culinary threads.
  • Fry in a pan on each side. Place on a plate.
  • Pour water into the pan where the meat was fried. Boil. Put carrots, celery, tomatoes, fried onions, salt, pepper, garlic. Place the rolls in the vegetable broth. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add greens. Cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the carrots and celery from the broth.
  • In a frying pan, fry the flour in butter until golden brown. Dilute with vegetable broth from the rolls until smooth and homogeneous. Add to rolls and simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Take out the rolls, remove the threads. Serve with vegetables and sauce.
  • For garnish - carrots and celery can be pickled.
  • Make a marinade - lemon juice, honey, garlic, hot red pepper and olive oil. Put carrots and celery in the marinade for 20-30 minutes.
