Cooking method

  • POTATOES
  • 1. Boil the potatoes, cool and TOGETHER WITH THE PEEL, break (preferably with your hands) into pieces.

  • SCHNITZEL
  • 1. Cut the meat into steaks along the long side of the fillet. I cooked fillet from half - I got 5 pieces (there was also a small fillet). A whole fillet should make 8 slices. Salt the meat.
  • 2. For breading, combine sesame seeds, bread crumbs, cornflakes, lightly chopped by hand.
  • 3. Preheat a skillet with sunflower oil. Dip the pieces of meat in flour, then in an egg (you can add salt and water to it), then in breading. Fry on both sides over low or medium heat until golden brown.

  • SAUCE
  • 1. Cut the onion into thin rings. Leeks raw enough for me, so I doused them with boiling water to remove the bitterness.
  • 2. Cut the cucumber into rings.
  • 3. Mix mayonnaise, cucumber and onion.

  • Serving the dish! Optionally, drizzle schnitzels with lemon juice!

Note

Soft, juicy, crispy schnitzel. The amount of schnitzels, potatoes and sauce should be adjusted to your taste. I took half of the ingredients for the schnitzel, for the sauce and potatoes - the entire amount of ingredients.

appetizing! what do you think, and if not from the breast, but from pork, it will turn out delicious? my husband just doesn't eat chicken. and you have such an original breading. I also want to try this.

Olga, I think you can try with pork! : girl_claping: I would only slightly beat off the pork ... In general, good luck with your experiment! And you also need to warn you that sweetish flakes give a sweetish taste to schnitzel. I love sweetish meat and it doesn't bother me. I think you can find some unsweetened cereal if you need it ....

Pulisyan, the sweetish taste does not bother me at all. I'm a lover of Asian cuisine) I just add hot pepper and everything will fall into place at once)

Olga, yes, it will be good with pepper! It's just that we have a very small eater in our family and we are used to adding all the hot spices and sauces individually!

Sashul, it's night in the yard, and I saliva at the monitor. Today I just looked at the flakes. I'll bookmark it. Thanks for the recipe.
