Cooking method

While our mass is resting, pour water into the bowl, add some salt, turn on the Pasta / Suckers / Pelmeni mode for 20 minutes, after the signal, open the lid and rub (squeeze) the spetzle (best through a steamer, if there are no special devices). T. to. Special. there are no devices, then I tried with a spoon how to make dumplings (therefore, this form is different). Prepare quickly for 1-3 minutes, drain the water. We serve immediately.

  • Leberspaetzle goes well with many dishes, as a side dish or as a "pea" for clear soups. They can be used together with salad and some sauce as a snack. Therefore, in the multicooker bowl, I fry the onions and carrots, poured in the required amount of water, salt and add potatoes (Cooking mode for a couple of 15 minutes), a few minutes before the end of the mode I added Spetzle. The result is a light and tasty soup.

  • While the soup is being cooked, peeled vegetables for salad (carrots, potatoes) were cooked in the steamer. The result is also a delicious salad (from self): spetzle, onions, herbs, pickled cucumber, potatoes, carrots, dressing (vegetable oil or sour cream or yogurt).
  • The next option: grease the multicooker bowl with oil, pour in the spetzle, turn on the Buckwheat mode for 35 minutes. and lightly fry the Spetzle (you can add it directly to the eggs without frying)). At this time, beat 6 eggs and pour on a spetzle (made for 2 eggs).
