Ingredients

Dry yeast (I took saf-levure) 5g
Wheat flour, premium 250g
Wheat flour 1 grade 100g
Peeled rye flour 100g
Rye fermented malt 2 tbsp. l
Salt 1.5 tsp
Honey 1 tbsp. l
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l
Water 300ml
Sunflower seeds 2 tbsp. l
Flax seeds 1 tbsp. l
Sesame 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • - dissolve yeast in warm water, add sifted premium and 1 grade flour, then pour whole rye, add honey, salt, oil, dry malt and all additives (seeds);
  • - knead a soft dough (it will stick a little to your hands, this is normal), put it in a deep bowl, cover with a film and in a warm place for 1 - 1.5 hours (I put it in the oven with the light on);
  • - the dough will increase in volume by 2 times, powder the table with flour and spread our dough, slightly knead it (literally half a minute), grease hands with rast. butter and form a bun;
  • - put the bun in a bowl of MV greased with vegetable oil, set the "yogurt" mode;
  • - after 40 minutes, turn off the program, carefully open the lid and watch how the dough has risen, just close it carefully (without slamming the lid) and set the "baking" mode - 40 minutes, after the signal, turn the bread over and set the "baked goods" again - 30 minutes;
  • - we take out the bread on the wire rack and cool it without covering, it is better to cut the bread after it has cooled completely.

In the original recipe, this bread was only with premium wheat flour, I slightly changed it to my taste and that's what happened. The bread is very tasty, soft, does not crumble, and the aroma of honey is ...))), although the taste is not very sweet. Bake to your health. Please do not judge strictly, this is my first recipe on the forum, and let experienced bakers correct me if something goes wrong.

And I liked the bread recipe. But I love black only like "Borodinsky" - to spread it with fresh butter and salt thickly, and up there is nothing else; therefore I left the sunflower seeds, and instead of flax and sesame seeds I added 2 tbsp. l coriander. And instead of malt - kvass wort concentrate. The bread maker is kneading. Smells good even now. The bread will be great, I feel it!
