Ingredients

flour 375 g
yeast 12g
sugar 50 g
milk 0,5 l
eggs 4 things
butter 125 g
salt pinch
zest of half a lemon
Besides:
vegetable oil for lubrication

Cooking method

  • Melt the butter and cool.
  • Combine butter and all other dough products and beat until bubbles form.
  • Place on a warm surface for at least 30 minutes.
  • Grease the working surface of the hot waffle iron with vegetable oil.
  • Pour one spoonful of dough into each compartment of the waffles and bake for about 4 minutes, until the waffles are golden brown.
  • The waffles are good with jam (I have a cherry with peach and strawberry), hot compote, tea, etc.

Elya, if the dough is poured into a full spoon, then the waffles are soft. At the end, when I ran out of dough, I put it in less and the waffles turned out to be thinner and crunchy.

Lyudmila, I came to say thank you for the recipe. The waffles were successful, I even rehabilitated my waffle iron expelled to the balcony for them. a decent amount came out of the specified number of products. IMHO you need to eat everything on the same day, the next crunchiness disappears.
