Pumpkin bread on broth with seeds in the oven

Ingredients

Pumpkin puree + pumpkin broth 250 ml
fresh yeast 1/8 of a pack 100 gr
sugar 6 tsp
salt 1 tsp
margarine 40 g
vanillin
semolina 50 gr + 3 tbsp. l.
flour 1 grade 200 g
flour, premium 200 g

Cooking method

  • It all started with ... No Sanador is to blame for everything! This red-haired cat, which you simply cannot keep up with. She with her sunny rolls pushed me to buy a pumpkin. Then she boasted of a bread recipe that she was going to lay out. I disassembled the pumpkin, mashed it ... I'm waiting ... I'm waiting ... WAITING. Well, I began to knead slowly ...
  • Dilute pumpkin puree with a broth in which the pumpkin was stewed. I, according to the Admin principle, do not pour out broths now, but freeze them. In a measuring cup 250 ml. The puree is warm. By consistency - baby vegetable puree from the store in a jar. Medium density. In the bowl of the food processor, knead the yeast by hand with sugar until it is watery. Add mashed potatoes, sugar, 50 gr. decoys. Sift flour with all ingredients without 100 gr. Mix with a combine hook. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 7-8 minutes. Then add the remaining flour, semolina and soft margarine. Knead until silky. About 5-10 minutes. Cover the dough and let it stand for 90 minutes, kneading in the middle of the fermentation time. Then put the dough on a floured table and knead it with flour. The dough is very elastic, soft, does not stick. Grease the mold with oil. Form a loaf. Set to fit until doubled. I pour a glass of water. I bring it to a boil in the microwave. Then I move the glass to the corner of the microwave, and put a mold with dough in the center. I close the microwave door. I read it all from Sanador and Omelka. Then slightly heat a little pumpkin broth with sugar. Slowly grease the bread with your hand, cover with a towel for 5 minutes. Then grease again and sprinkle with seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes, at 200 - 10 and 180 for another 10.

Note

Oh, I'm afraid .... This is my first independent bread. Can you imagine? I am very excited to introduce you to my freckled Sun, my baby.

Pumpkin bread on broth with seeds in the oven

I'm really looking forward to the reviews of Admin, Sanadora (it's her fault), Angela, Ksyusha-Omelka ... and all the experienced chefs. Your assessment is important to me in order to continue .... Thank you for inspiring me with your work and giving me courage. Do you remember how afraid I was?

PYSY. Semolina gives friability and friability. If it's not yours, replace it with flour.

I really liked the bread. (And how can I not like it ...) Very fragrant. Moderately sweet. Well, very beautiful ..

The kids almost broke a loaf.

I barely managed to take a picture. But to prevent bloodshed, I had to cut it a little more warm.

Once again about the microwave. A glass of boiling water in the corner, so. And the dough for proofing in mv? How much?
And what kind of pumpkin broth do you have? When I steam the pumpkin, there is no liquid. I think you can just dilute it with water.

I will not answer yet. Until the dough is ready for baking. The usual proofing is about an hour. Moisture and warmth are created in MV. You don't need to cover the dough. The top does not dry out.

Add water as you bake and the broth is in your pocket.
Irochka, congratulations on your first child! Everything worked out!

absolutely true. thanks Angela. I usually make a pumpkin in MV for a couple. I always pour a little water, then the pumpkin still pooses the juice - this is the liquid with juice that I use.

Irishka, baked bread! Tasty, unusual, sunny! Only I went the easy way and did everything with the bread maker on the usual program. Perhaps this is why cold bread crumbles very much.

Elechka, hello!
glad you liked.after hp it will crumble less if you take out the dough and do not let it sausage for a long time during kneading. sometimes even vinegar and an apple spoon are added. but I did not find the difference.
so I mix it myself in the oven and bake it in the oven. but of course it's faster in hp.
Elya_lug
Thank you, Irish, I will know. I have already gotten used to ordinary bread, it crumbles a little, I make various additives. I've never heard of vinegar, I wonder.
