Ingredients

Green lentils 3 mst
Beef 400 gr.
Carrot 1 PC.
Onion 1 PC.
Pepper bulg. 1 PC.
Water 950 ml.
Seasoning "Pepper Blend" taste
Salt 2.5 tsp or to taste
Tomato sauce or lecho 3 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil 2 tbsp. l.
Paprika 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Wash and peel carrots, onions, peppers. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Dice the onion and pepper. Wash the meat, dry it, cut into pieces. Turn on frying mode, add rast. oil. Put beef in a bowl and fry it lightly for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add onion, fry for another min. 3, then the carrots, fry all together, also stirring for 5-7 minutes. Pour in tomato sauce or lecho (I had my own, I made according to this recipe 🔗) and water into the multicooker bowl. Rinse lentils well. It is necessary to rinse it as well as rice, to clear water. Place lentils in a multicooker bowl. Salt. Add paprika, pepper mixture. Change the setting to "Meat" 0.7 bar 25 min. Then wait for the pressure to drop.
