Ingredients

Butter biscuit:
Sugar 200 g
Oil 200 g
Orange juice 150 g
Ground almonds 200 g
Flour 300 g
Eggs 4 things.
Cocoa 4 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1 sachet
Cream:
Cream 35% 600 g
Vanilla sugar 2 sachets
Filling:
Strawberry 300-400 g
Decor:
Chocolate glaze 200 g
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Strawberry several pieces

Cooking method

  • I want to share with you a recipe for a very delicate and delicious cake.
  • Butter biscuit:
  • Mix eggs with sugar and beat until sugar dissolves.
  • Gradually add the melted butter (the original recipe said "vegetable oil", but I used butter)
  • Add juice and stir.
  • Combine flour, cocoa and baking powder and add to the butter and egg mixture. Mix.
  • Arrange in a round dish (24 cm) and bake for about 40 minutes (180-200 degrees).
  • Cool the biscuit.

  • Cut the biscuit into 2 pieces. Cut the top into pieces.
  • Cream:
  • Beat the cream with vanilla sugar.
  • Assembly:
  • Finely chop the strawberries. Leave a few pieces for decoration.
  • Combine the biscuit pieces, cream and strawberries and bubble up onto the crust.
  • Cake Dome (Kuppeltorte)
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • I didn’t have any ready-made chocolate icing, so I melted 2 dark chocolate bars in a water bath.
  • Cover the dome with chocolate icing, gently leveling with a knife.
  • Cut the delayed strawberries into slices and decorate the cake.
  • Can be sprinkled with chocolate shavings.
