Cream cheese (can be replaced with processed cheese) 150 g
Beer dark 0,5 l
Bavarian sausages 150-200 g
Bulb onions 1 pc (large onion)
Vegetable oil for frying
Red chili pepper taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in a cauldron (you can use a deep frying pan) until half done.
  • 2. Add the sliced ​​sausages and fry for a couple of minutes. I took Bavarian sausages. Can be replaced with hunting.
  • 3. Pour in beer, bring to a boil, simmer for a couple of minutes.
  • 4. Add processed cheese cut into pieces and grated hard cheese, simmer until the cheeses are completely dissolved.

The soup will appeal to dark beer lovers. I don't drink beer at all, but still I was able to eat a small plate. My husband lacked potatoes in the soup. And one more thing: the taste of the soup depends entirely on the taste of the beer, since water is NOT ADDED to the soup. The choice of beer should be treated with great care!
