Ingredients

Whole flour 375 g
Water 180 ml
Salt 1/2h. l.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Oil 4 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 21/4h. l.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Jelly 1 pack

Cooking method

  • My additions: Since the dough turns out to be thin (and I have buns) I added 5 tbsp. l flour (ordinary with a large slide), took sunflower oil, flour - ordinary, white 1st grade, jelly - wild berries (did not dissolve the infection), added a little flour when rolling.
  • Result: the dough is nasty, shiny, pleasant to smell.

Hello to everyone who has visited this very Temko! Today I decided to make some buns. I came to the kitchen, began to collect food in a mold and realized that I was ripe for jelly.
