Ingredients

Pumpkin 400 gr.
Potatoes 400 gr.
Bacon (I have smoked bacon) 150 gr.
Bulb onions 1 large head
Vegetable broth (I have water) 1 liter
Salt pepper taste
Nutmeg (ground) on the tip of a knife
Marjoram (I have oregano) 1 sprig (1 tsp)

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the bacon and onion, fry until the onion is golden brown

  • Add the diced potatoes. Close the lid and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes (potatoes should not be fried)
