Cooking method

  • Sift flour with starch and cocoa on top.
  • Mix gently.
  • Put the dough on a baking sheet in an even layer, preferably on baking paper.

  • Cut the finished biscuit so that it fits into the mold. First, lay out the bottom and side parts in one piece.
