Apples in a dressing gown! - Aepfel im Schlafrock! (Polaris Floris 0508D and Kitchen 0507D)

Ingredients

ready-made puff pastry packaging
apples 1-10
sugar, raisins, cinnamon taste
marzipan 1 / 2-5 h l
egg (yolk) for lubrication 1 PC.
milk 1-2 tbsp

Cooking method

  • 🔗
  • Peel and core the apples. Roll out the puff pastry thinly and cut into large squares according to the size of the apple and according to their number. Put a peeled apple on each square. Fill the apples with raisins, cinnamon, sugar and the last layer of marzipan (1/2 tsp per fruit), coat the corners of the puff pastry with egg yolk and connect around the apple or in the form of a small rosette. Place the apples in a floshrock in a greased multicooker bowl (I have 4 apples for easy turning).
  • 🔗
  • Grease the dough with a bolt (yolk and milk), set the Baking mode for 40-50 minutes. (or Fry mode), bake them periodically turning them over (in the original, fry over medium heat).
  • 🔗
  • Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
  • 🔗
  • Bon Appetit.

The dish is designed for

1-10 pcs.

Time for preparing:

40 minutes -1 h

Cooking program:

Baking or Frying

Note

It is necessary to mold the dough very well, juice may leak out. It is better to set the cooking time focusing on the ripeness of the fruit. Initially, I put out 1 hour of baking, the apples were very baked. I tried to bake pears like that - they can squeeze out 1 hour of baking, and also drop a couple of drops of lemon juice when stuffing.
