The cake is amazing! Lush, not dry at all, fragrant, fluffy, delicious! ...
Instead of missing almonds, half-ground peanuts spilled.
She compensated for the lack of rum with Amaretto liqueur due to its increased aroma, (she splashed a whole glass!).
I baked the food to the full. The toad strangled eggs to lay so many, so only 2 were put. The rest was replaced with 90 ml of kefir. Then I had to add 2 more tbsp. l. with a heap of flour.
Oven temperature 180 degrees. It was baked for exactly 40 minutes. Mold diameter 26 cm.
When I took it out of the oven, with all the foolishness I cracked the form on the countertop ... I thought it was khan's pie. But he steadfastly passed this test, only the crust broke. And the carcass of the pie itself did not drop at all!
I baked in the oven at the request of the family (so that there was a crust on top).
In short, a wagon of gratitude from the family and me for a wonderful and easy recipe!
