Grated cheese (gouda) 125

Cooking method

  • Very tasty, very satisfying and easy to prepare dish.
  • Boil the potatoes and puree.
  • Divide the eggs.
  • Mix the puree with butter, yolks, cream, cheese, salt and spices, knead well with a mixer.
  • Whisk the whites until peaks and gently stir in the puree.
  • Grease the dose with oil, spread the resulting mass, put in an oven preheated to 180 *, bake until golden brown.

  • I didn't have the cheese I needed at home, I only had Koernige Frischkaese, a curd cheese, so the soufflé didn't rise high enough and didn't turn out to be airy, as it should be, I'll take into account that the cheese needs to be grated, by the way, not necessarily Gouda, any cheese, not curd.
  • And I also added finely chopped onions, which is not in the recipe.
