I have already baked a bunch of everything (I have not tried only real rye bread with sourdough and "heavy" pastry), and there has never been such a thing that the bread did not work out. Although in some cases I was a little mistaken with the proportions, and I arbitrarily replaced some ingredients. Always beautiful bread with a beautiful roof.
The only thing, it seemed to me, she makes a lot of noise during the batch. In any case, I wake up at night from this roar and closed doors do not help. So I try to bake in the afternoon or evening. In addition, the bread tastes better when it cools.

I bought a stove of this model in October 2014. I baked wheat and wheat rye on it almost every day, everything was fine in principle - for that kind of money, the main thing is to knead and bake. the problem appeared about 3 months ago - some black grains, similar to soot began to appear, inside the stove, where the bucket is inserted, for a long time could not understand what was the matter, now everything got worse - below on the bucket (outside) on the shaft after baking it is already like this a layer of carbon is formed, that until you clean it off, the shaft does not rotate, and the shaft itself began to swing. So the bucket could not stand the exploitation. by the way, the coating on it and on the scapula was very worn out, although I did not add any solid additives such as nuts to the bread (I tried raisins once - I baked sweet pastry). the guarantee is still working, one of these days I will carry it to hand over. How will I be without a stove ??? not really hooked on her
But in general, if you are interested in the opinion, the bread maker is working, without bells and whistles, there were no complaints about the quality of baked bread, it did not work out only a couple of times at the very beginning of operation (the first bread maker, I learned about the correct bun only during the selection process). I baked mostly wheat on the French bread program, wheat-rye on the Main one, and I kneaded the dough, of course, a couple of times I indulged myself with baking, but somehow it didn't work out, I just like the buns more from the oven, but they didn't buy bread all this time in the store ... a family of 3 people, I have 2 men (an adult son) eat a lot of bread, baked every day wheat at 900 gr. and myself once a week with wheat and rye. The dough turns out great. By the way, I only use raw yeast - I like the taste better. The recipes in the book are working, you just need to take into account the moisture content of the flour - everything works out with experience.
So a bread maker is a great thing, but nothing lasts forever
