Ingredients

flour 100 g

thickener for cream 1 sachet
vanilla sugar 1 sachet
powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Stir the egg with sugar, add softened butter, beat.
  • Mix the flour with baking powder and cocoa and sift into a buttery egg mass.
  • Add salt and stir.
  • Add milk and stir again.
  • Fill the molds with dough (not to the brim).

  • While the cooked cakes are cooling down, make a cream.
  • Beat the cream together with the thickener, adding vanilla sugar and icing sugar at the end.

  • Cut the cooled cakes lengthwise into 2 parts.

  • Grease each part with cream and place chopped cherries on the cream.
  • Connect the halves.
