Cupcake Tenderness chocolate

Ingredients

flour 190g
egg 2 pcs.
sour cream 100g.
draining. oil 125g.
sugar 150g.
salt pinch
baking powder 1h l.
soda 0.5h l.
cocoa powder 1h l.
ground walnuts 1h l.

Cooking method

  • Carefully grease the form with melted butter.
  • We turn on the oven for heating.
  • Mix the flour with salt, soda, baking powder, nuts and cocoa. Mix thoroughly.
  • Softened drain. Beat butter with sugar for 5-8 minutes.
  • Add one egg and mix, then the second egg and mix too.
  • Add sour cream and flour (with ingredients) to this mixture.
  • You can also knead with a mixer, but only at low speed.
  • We spread the finished mixture in a mold and level it on top with a silicone spatula.
  • We bake at first 180 degrees - 20 minutes, then at 165 degrees - another 30 minutes.
  • After baking, allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Turn onto a plate. And enjoy delicious, delicate pastries.
