Leek casserole with bacon

Category: Culinary recipes

Ingredients

Leek 1-2 stems
Thin strips of brisket
(I had my own balyk
and much more)
6 pcs.
Sour cream 100 g
Cream 100 g
Prunes 6 pcs.
Carrot 1 PC.
Apple 1 PC.
Parmesan cheese, grated
Egg 1 PC.
Condiments

Cooking method

  • Cut the leek into 10-12 cm pieces and cut lengthwise, put in boiling water for a few minutes. Cut the apple, carrots and prunes into strips, put on the bottom of the mold. Put a layer of leek on top, expanding the stems that have become soft. Put the bacon cut into strips on them, and another layer of leek on top, completely covering the surface. Combine sour cream, cream and egg, add seasoning and pour over the dish. Put in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes, then sprinkle with Parmesan and cover with foil so that it burns. After 10 minutes, you can take it out of the oven and wait for it to cool down!

Note

The original recipe on the NoNaMe website.
I love leeks very much, by chance a couple was lying around in the refrigerator, and then a recipe turned up, but making it according to the recipe is not our way.

So delicious that I didn't have time to photograph! I promise to improve!
