Cake "Curd beauty" in a Panasonic multicooker

Category: Bakery products
Cake Curd beauty in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

The recipe as I did:
Smooth cottage cheese
(I made myself from 2.5% kefir)
860 g
Eggs 4 things.
Sugar 150 g
Starch 4 tbsp. l.
with a slide
Chocolate
(in my case, the mass of chocolate + cream
+ a spoonful of butter)
100 g

Cooking method

  • I did everything as the author did, mixed everything together with a mixer at 1 speed: cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, starch. She poured some of the mass and added chocolate there. If the cottage cheese is grains, it is better to give it uniformity.
  • The dough turned out to be very liquid. I poured both parts of the dough into a pre-oiled form of a multivark, I tried beautifully, in a spiral, but how it happened.
  • On the baking mode for 65 minutes, then I did not open the lid for about an hour. I pulled it out of the mold with the help of a steam basket and into the refrigerator, for some reason all the curd products are tastier after being infused.

Note

Still impressed by the beauty and taste of this cake. I have already come up with a lot of other versions, for example, with blueberry or red currant jam, how I will make cottage cheese again.

Thank you very much Gala and the original author for this masterpiece, to say that it is just not to say anything, moreover, I managed to dispose of the failed glaze :).

Thank you for reminding you of this recipe, I saw your cake and decided that it was time for me to cook it too .... Homemade ones are mellow, delicious and very tender, though I put less sugar, and whipped the whites separately, and then introduced them into curd mass, but this is so ... "dancing with a tambourine" ...

Very nice came out! Did you do it with milk chocolate? What kind of curd did you use? On my homemade cottage cheese from kefir or from a tuba "Ostankinsky" turns out exactly this airy, but on a granular rustic one it turns out 2 times lower, probably just for this type of cottage cheese you need to use whipped proteins.
Red mercury
I would say that for me this is the most delicious cottage cheese dessert that I have ever cooked in a cartoon or just in the oven!
I think, be stunned! Pets are delighted
The first time I did it with chocolate, and the second with strawberry jam. I was too lazy to chop the berries, but the family said that the strawberries were there!
Next in line with the addition of frozen cherries or a mixture of cherries and blueberries ...
In general, thanks for the recipe!
Safi
Girls, I baked such a miracle in the oven, because I don't have a cartoon. True, without the addition of cocoa. Baked at a temperature of 160 degrees for a little over an hour. Then I kept it off in the oven for about 40 minutes. I can only say that it turns out in the oven.
Red mercury
And I fantasized: on top there is a layer of blueberries + sugar, crushed with a blender interspersed with halves of cherries, and below is chocolate. Very fresh, the family liked it.

There is no baking powder or baking soda in the recipe. Is that how it should be?
Without them, the oven probably won't rise ... or fall
Marjushka
There is starch, and it serves as flour and baking powder, as I understand it.

Yes, this is the recipe for making cottage cheese. But I take kefir 2.5% yogurt.

There is no baking powder or soda, they are simply not needed here. It can only fall if you open the lid too early.

Starch performs the function of collecting excess water, it is, as it were, a fixer, but not a baking powder.

Cheese cake. Variation on the theme "Curd beauty" and "Curd cake"

2 recipes from this dossier were taken as a basis:

and
Curd cake
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=422.0

I am not attaching a photograph. It turned out very similar to the photo of "Curd beauty" on the first link.

Curd - 900 grams
Eggs - 4 pieces
Black chocolate - 100 grams.
Sugar - 1.5 cups (from a multicooker)
Starch - 4 tbsp. l. with a slide
Baking dough - 1 pack.

Preparation:
• Separate the yolks from the whites.
• Combine: yolks, cottage cheese, about a third of sugar, starch, baking powder.
• Stir until smooth.
• Beat the whites with sugar like meringue.
• Melt the chocolate.
• Divide the curd mass into 2 parts. Add melted chocolate to one of them and stir.
• Carefully stir in the whipped protein into the whole curd mass.
• Transfer the chocolate and white mass to a saucepan. Spiral the mass with a spoon to form beautiful chocolate streaks on the cut.
• We put on baking for 65 minutes.
• Do not open for at least an hour after baking.

My cottage cheese was quite dry and grainy. Therefore, I had to add a little milk to it and use a mixer to bring it to a more or less homogeneous mushy mass.

In my opinion, the resulting cake combines the merits of the two recipes taken as a basis. "Curd beauty" due to its greater density, for my taste, is closer to curd casserole. The resulting cake came out more tender and airy, such as "Curd cake" and at the same time just as beautiful and chocolatey. Like "Curd Beauty"

It turned out gorgeous!
True, the recipe was reduced by one third) (the quality was not affected)))
And next time, in a part of the mass without chocolate, I will add 100 ml. cream. I think it will be even softer))

P.S. Can't figure out how to download pictures from a computer? Tell me, otherwise I really want to brag))

Cake "Curd beauty" in a Panasonic multicooker Curd miracle
Ingredients
cottage cheese 1 kg
egg 6 pcs
sugar 1 tbsp. (250ml)
black chocolate 100 gr
cream (10%) 100 ml
starch 4.5 tbsp. l.
Cooking method

Mix cottage cheese, eggs and sugar until smooth. (I do this with a blender, it turns out a pasty mass).
Divide the resulting mass in half.
Melt a chocolate bar over low heat in cream.
Add melted chocolate to one part of the curd mass. Mix well.
Add starch to both parts. In cottage cheese - 2 tbsp. l., and in chocolate - 2.5 tbsp. l.
Lightly grease the multicooker pan with butter. We spread, alternating, 2 tbsp. l. curd mass and 2 tbsp. l. chocolate (like "Zebra").
Baking mode - 45 + 40 minutes. Do not open the lid after the signal! Let stand with the lid closed for 30-40 minutes.
Then carefully transfer to a plate and leave to cool completely.

Cooking program: baking in the DEX multicooker
Note
If you have the time and desire, you can beat the whites separately with sugar and very carefully introduce into the curd mass (it turns out more airy), however, a lazier method will not spoil anything, it has been checked.

The taste is unusually delicate, airy and, most importantly, very juicy.
BON APPETIT!!!

I would like to add: here, yesterday I baked my favorite pie ... but I accidentally put tea spoons instead of tablespoons of starch. The cake, of course, sagged a little, but it was more juicy, the layers separated from each other and just melted in the mouth. Now I will bake this way!

Kalmykov, Thank you. we will learn to apply.
tanchik
Well, thank you! And I'm just wondering where to apply the cottage cheese, I want something new ... I'll try it tomorrow!

Tanya, to your health. Be sure to try it, I'm sure you won't regret it.
hostess
SupercoW, thanks, that was my dream too. Enjoy.

As for starch Kalmykova the rights.
Somewhere else on the forums I read that it is better to take corn starch in curd baked goods. I haven't tried it myself, since I haven't found it yet. I will definitely try to report back.

The cake is beautiful! It went up twice and when I turned off the oven it decreased in half !!!
svetlanka74
but my fastidious didn't like it ....: cray: and I don't know what's wrong with their taste ??? I did everything strictly according to the recipe, well, an unusual taste, we have not eaten this before, it differs from a casserole, but we would be happy, but no ... it’s not tasty ... what should they cook ??
Allochka
My husband doesn't gasp either (conservative), but I really like it. I've put the cake now in the cartoon, and I myself think that it will be - I messed up with sugar and sprinkled 240g, and instead of chocolate, I mixed cocoa and coffee, so I'm tormented, what happens ...
Elena
is there no flour in the recipe? or overlooked?
Crochet
Elena, nope, actually no, starch for her ...
Murlykka
It did not work for me (((as soon as I turned off the MV, I fell, and when I moved it out of the form, the whole thing fell apart
Crochet
Svetlana, oh how insulting ...

Did you do everything strictly according to the recipe? Have you changed anything? Maybe starch failed? I heard that now there is completely non-starchy starch on sale ... which one do you use?

The cottage cheese could play around again ... I tried so many times notcottage cheese ...
Lerele
Try to put a pakutik of vanilla pudding instead of starch, I do this with curd cake.

Girls, is Panasonic big? For a small one, you need to take half the norm?
Mikhaska
natali3279! If it is still relevant ... I make the norm for little Panasik 2/3 of the norm for the big one. But, just exactly 2/3 ! It is important. This is what I do with any baked goods in a small cartoon.
natali3279
Mikhaska, Irina, thank you so much for such valuable advice. I will now adhere to this rule too. I really like how curd pastries turn out in Panasika
Seberia
My thanks to Pranks for the delicious casserole cake
