Traditional milk grout

Ingredients

Flour 100 g
Egg C-1 (medium) 1/2 piece
Butter is soft, better ghee 20 g
Drinking water a drop of about 1/3 tsp.
Sugar, salt
Milk 0.5 liter

Cooking method

  • Either fry the flour a little or use it like that. I didn't fry. Flour consumption depends on the egg and the quality of the flour. It's hard for me to foresee these nuances, so put a couple of tablespoons of flour nearby in a glass. So, just in case.
  • Put milk on a low heat. Don't forget to watch the boil! Add a little salt to the milk. If you have already prepared this dish, then immediately make milk to your family's taste. I immediately add vanillin, a little cinnamon, sugar. Or maybe you like salty? When in doubt, cook slightly salted and bring to taste on a plate.
  • Sprinkle a little on a tray or large cutting board, leaving one tablespoon. Make a hole in the middle

  • Add salt on top (so the flour becomes looser). Shake the egg in a separate glass. I didn’t do it, as I’m not doing it for the first time. Pour the testicle into the hole. Add butter.

This grout can be added not only to milk soups, but also to ordinary vegetable ones. Just a little crumb. Can be dried like egg noodles. Only use within a couple of days. Otherwise, dumplings of a different taste crumble.

Yes, Angela, these memories remain ... I wrote that grout is added to other soups. Lumps of flour (also wrote) each forms according to the taste of the family.
